Priced per site and scope.
Prices are per user and month, excluding VAT, and are invoiced monthly or yearly by bank transfer. Your first 5 users stay free whatever plan you are on, and you can go back to Free at any time by removing the extra seats.
Every feature is on every plan. Electronic signatures, audit trail, traceability, protocols and exports are all in Free. These are the only differences.

No. You create an account and use MGTrace with up to 5 users free of charge, with no time limit and no payment method on file.
An active user account, or an invitation that has not been accepted yet. Deactivating someone frees their seat immediately.
You ask for seats from Settings → Team, we confirm the price in writing, and we invoice monthly or yearly by bank transfer. No card details are entered into MGTrace and nothing is charged automatically. Remove the extra users and you are back on Free from the next period.
Nothing is deleted. The extra seats are suspended after notice and the organization returns to the free plan, with your documents, signatures and audit trail intact and exportable.
MGTrace ships a validation package: risk assessment, qualification evidence, an automated self-test suite you can run against your own instance, and a supplier assessment. Validating the system for your specific regulated use stays your responsibility, as it does with any vendor.
